Increase staff. Prioritize better. Stop Flocking around
Guys. I'm getting tired of seeing bare minimum effort being done. Stop being paranoid, and trust more staff. Upgrade the one's that are trustworthy thusfar, and kick the one's that aren't. Hire on new staff. Make backups of your server (there are tools for that) that way if someone can't be trusted, you have a backup.This way, you can afford to do more things than just.. See more

Ive been thinking about this for a month! Okey ill start by explaining. Jez... Make a plugin where you could give reputation for difrent reasons. Example: succesfully traded vote keys with a person, helped with anything, succesfully made a mils to euros trade. Welp you can think more. And of course there could be -reputation for scamming (vote keys, mils ,rank scam), griefing, even legit hacks. .. See more

Top list in all minigame servers
Hey dear Staff. I suggest to make top5 at every minigame server like at skyblock rn. Of course after minigames leadearboards reset. And please add back the broacast when the game is starting to HideAndSeek ...

Like everytime we vote we get vote keys at every sub-server right? And to recieve the keys we need to log in to thee sub-server. But lets say we forgot to to take these keys for a week ish. And when we go into that server we get just the recent vote keys not from whole week. SO by maki.. See more

As much as i know, when a spawner starts spawning mobs, there is a limit for the mobs which are around the spawner for avoiding lags.
My suggestion is make the mobs stack able, so people can make their auto farm more useful! you may ask how,

I don't know if this is possible to do, but I think there would be cool to have like a auction (bid, and highest bid wins) of the items that fall into the void. The auction could be like once every 2-3 hour and every item that have fallen into the void (since last auction) will be in the auction (1 auction for ALL items). Highest bidder wins every item that have fallen into the vo.. See more

Allow players to manually delete accounts that aren't banned.
This should apply when :
- Players want to delete accounts not associated with any BuyCraft store purchases, without waiting for 90 days.

Gapple/NoDebuff 1v1 tournament
Ok so i would like to suggest a Gapple/NoDebuff 1v1 tournament again. Because there is really not much going on in ExtrmeCraft at the moment. Some old players should come back to the server aswell if things like tournaments take places in the server. for example the first place winner could get a money voucher, title [Champion] like always, and then for an upgrade the winner could win an Extrem.. This is just a sugesstion:
I would love for the server to make unbans instant.
This is because a lot of people really want to play this server again, but when their appeal is accepted, sometimes it takes up to 1 month for the tempban to come off. I think the tempban should be lowered or removed.
Like I said, this is just my opinion.

The End gets destroyed and the Ender Dragon is already killed within minutes of the end being reset. Perhaps you could make the end indestructible but lower the price of End Stone on /shop to change this and make the Ender Dragon respawn on cooldown like the Envoys in Factions. Also, to parody the End Cities in the 1.9 update by creating some sort of 'End Game' (hurr durr) content that e.. See more

Support thin player model and skins
Thin player model and skins are introduced in Minecraft 1.8, along with a default skin template "Alex". When applying these thin skins, the skin displayed in game will be Steve, the default and fallback skin for normal player model, instead of what the player desired. This happens no matter what value of player model ( normal/thin ) is set in the Minecraft Launcher.

Before opfac reset, you were not able to use an enderpearl while in combat. When opfac reset they changed this and you can now use an enderpearl while in combat, making it that when you are pvping someone at warzone, they can simply spam enderpearls if there health is low and run away.

A new rank to staff that is strongly familiar from a lot of other servers is "ChatMod". I know JrHelper+ manages the chat but I personally think this level of staff could make it easier on the other staff ranks for chat purposes. This rank will most likely only focus on on the chat, this will allow the other staff to focus more on Hackers, Griefers, Etc. I still think the other levels of staff w.. See more

On every single server there are a bunch of primitives that stopped evolving beyond the spam typing ( sending one sentence using 2+ messages is what I m talking about) . The same primitives ofent resort to using /me for casual chatting also .
My first suggestion is to add a 3 minute cooldown on /me (/me is supposed to help you promote stuff or to anounce things) .
