Ive been thinking about this for a month! Okey ill start by explaining. Jez... Make a plugin where you could give reputation for difrent reasons. Example: succesfully traded vote keys with a person, helped with anything, succesfully made a mils to euros trade. Welp you can think more. And of course there could be -reputation for scamming (vote keys, mils ,rank scam), griefing, even legit hacks. By doing so we could see if we can trust the person or no. the points for each suggested reason might go from 1 to 10 or as you decide. Now. To see how many points person has would be nice through TAB (like rank at Prison for example [10]BloodyMoonZ 10 go for reputation points or you can name them respect point). To continue i would suggest to make separete titles for these Reputation points which could be bought at buycraft for 2.50eu (less than normal titles) OR ingame curency. Or even better that we could exchange certain amount of Reputation points to short reputation points that could be seen through TAB (you decide if to make just points or make titles for reputation). I know that there will be some haters and that we will be able to abuse other players for reputation points. So where im going now. There could be certain amount of reputation points that we could give to other players daily like 10 would be enough.
