Suggestion #2440

A new rank to staff that is strongly familiar from a lot of other servers is "ChatMod". I know JrHelper+ manages the chat but I personally think this level of staff could make it easier on the other staff ranks for chat purposes. This rank will most likely only focus on on the chat, this will allow the other staff to focus more on Hackers, Griefers, Etc. I still think the other levels of staff will still have commands to punish for chat purposes, when a chatmod is not online. A con to this though is that staff's stats will go down gradually because they wont get as much punishments in the chat category but I think this server is strong enough to change the stat system or adjust it chatmod gets added in the future. With chatmod perm wise (Like JrHelper) they should get /nv, and /afk. They also should get all the /pu commands (Minus the non chat related ones) also. No chatmod can get promoted (Unless you maek JrHelper a promotion).
