quest: you worked hard for quest key and only get trashes
vote: the money you get from vote crates soo low (mostly on testing because theres money gen) -increase the money amount you can get on vote crates

Suggestion : Teleport Killing/Rulebreaking
The issue is when you accept a teleport request by another player and then he kills you for no reason, then you lose all your rare items from this and the player who killed you is happy about that and he is making fun of you.
I suggest this to be an offensive, (rulebreaking) because is rudeness.

When the end of the season is near, a War can be hosted. Give the people ample time to prepare for the war, 2-3 weeks should be sufficient. Once the time has passed, the war begins and everyone fights for victory. The winning team gets to choose 3 people (including their team leader) to step forward. Currently item griefing only gives a 12 hour jail
However recently our team in survival got item griefed and we lost 300 sets.
So I would like to recommend this new rule where everything that has been stolen would be returned and person responsible for griefing will be temp banned.
