Suggestion : Teleport Killing/Rulebreaking
I suggest to make the Tp-Killing an offensive.
The issue is when you accept a teleport request by another player and then he kills you for no reason, then you lose all your rare items from this and the player who killed you is happy about that and he is making fun of you.
I suggest this to be an offensive, (rulebreaking) because is rudeness.

Answer: Rejected
Don't accept tp requests from players you don't trust or just disable it using /tptoggle it's really easy to avoid.
