Further information regarding server resets.

Hello. I would like to suggest the website to include detailed information on server resets. I have tried to find it by looking through other people's suggestions in the hopes of gleaming some info, but I found very few. Offenders

Hey,
It'll be much great if you'll add warn and mutes at Recent Offenders section
so make it like if we click on recent offenders,it'll be showing a list of all kind of offends as default but there are 6 buttons on top of page which are :
1-All
2-Perm Bans
3-Temp bans
4-Warns
5-Mutes
6-(not necessary) Jails

Hi,In the past few days many people got banned for "Using hacked client" some of them were innocent and some of them were guilty well my point here is id suggest that if a mod+ sees someone and suspects him/her for hacking/cheating id recommend they screen share them first before doing the judge on them/Banning them instantly because some people got banned unfairly/for no reason because they got.. Perks and knowing

Search system / A-Z Sorter

Maybe adding a search system for store would be helpful, like in case of Titles we have to scroll alot to find the one we are searching for, so adding a search icon "🔍" or A-Z sorting system for finding a particular title or other store perks would be helpful. :)

Don’t allow to under 1 year register accounts to make suggestions or vote because they are just alters or evaders and they got no opinion and if they did nobody cares about it, do not allow banned guys aswell to vote or make suggestions because most of them are alts aswell it is so sad that we all agree about a good suggestion and it get many votes and just a retarded kid make alts and vote to w.. Reporting system

I think staffs should handle the reports more carefully and patiently
Sometimes you spend a lot of your time for providing evidence to report a blatant rule breaker, and after 10 minutes your report gets closed as "inapp/invalid report/missing info" also when you submit a new one with more details they just close it as duplicate reports.
This issue is also common in suggestions and tickets too.. See more

Give admins reviews or rate them

You should be able to give the admins stwr 0-5 after they solve your problem and you should be able to rate them on the website too, and if the admins get enough points from being ranked high then they can get goodies.

More notifications

Just as we get notifications when someone quotes us or sends us a private message on forums , we should get a notify when we get a reply on our ticket,application,suggestion,support or any ticket based system so we will know when we got replied without checking 1 million times ;D (for lazy people)

Suggestions system new category

This suggestion is to add a new category in the new ticket based suggestion system that I am writing in right now.

The new category that is absolutely needed is Maps/Submit Maps category. Since there used to be a submit maps forum in general discussion but no one looked at that maps (even though they were pretty good) , I am suggesting that moves here , so people can attack a link to their ma.. See more

It's taking a bit more than usual..

Ok so I have posted a bug a month ago and it's still unanswered ( I know NxDs can't reply because he is working hard) but what about other admins like Guitar_strings or Dieu why they don't reply to me. So my suggestion is if you could improve the system a little bit so Support tickets can be handled accordingly and drastically, with no issues.
