Why do we have to wait for staff to reply on a ban appeal to know why we got banned?
Just add a section giving the log / screenshot / what ever made the player get banned to the ban message he got
Want to make it private? add it in the my account view only so its only visable for the player and no one other than him or high tier staff

its really annoying to open like 4 websites to beable to make your video/screenshot evidence in a report or ticket or wtv into a link, so like why not add a button in where you can upload your own evidence into the report without having to find other websites.

Because from a player’s perspective, it feels like we’re writing into a void. There’s no transparency, no feedback, and no visible action on many community ideas.
Why encourage players to suggest improvements if there’s no communication afterward?

Forums for community changes

We should have forums system (without comments) in our website, where we broadcast public news i.e. "Chat filter changes" or things from #dev-live-update in there to actually have people understand what has changed.

Allow staff to post and contribute.

This page is not responsive on mobile screens, so I wrote some CSS to hotfix it.

I can't be the only one who browses suggestion from my phone and so I'm sure we've noticed that the text does not look very readable. It bothered me so much that I wrote some css to fix it on my client and I hope it can be implemented on the server too.

Give admins reviews or rate them

You should be able to give the admins stwr 0-5 after they solve your problem and you should be able to rate them on the website too, and if the admins get enough points from being ranked high then they can get goodies.

The player offenses at the site

I don't agree with removing all the player offense in the site at all, Not just after 90 days, I'm not asking to make it longer i'm asking to show all the player offenses from his first day at the server and never remove it from the site, The 90 days thing is made for in game /offense or discord /account, staff applications, But in the site we have to be able to see all the player of.. Reporting system

I think staffs should handle the reports more carefully and patiently
Sometimes you spend a lot of your time for providing evidence to report a blatant rule breaker, and after 10 minutes your report gets closed as "inapp/invalid report/missing info" also when you submit a new one with more details they just close it as duplicate reports.
This issue is also common in suggestions and tickets too.. See more

Subcategory to show mutes, warns, jails, ipbans, and all the other stuff apart from bans and tempbans

Search system / A-Z Sorter

Maybe adding a search system for store would be helpful, like in case of Titles we have to scroll alot to find the one we are searching for, so adding a search icon "🔍" or A-Z sorting system for finding a particular title or other store perks would be helpful. :)

Don’t allow to under 1 year register accounts to make suggestions or vote because they are just alters or evaders and they got no opinion and if they did nobody cares about it, do not allow banned guys aswell to vote or make suggestions because most of them are alts aswell it is so sad that we all agree about a good suggestion and it get many votes and just a retarded kid make alts and vote to w..
