Improve your fastest respond
Hello Extremecraft Team,
I would like to provide some feedback regarding the report and ticket system. Currently, it often takes several days before reports or tickets are reviewed by staff. In some cases, players wait 4–5 days just for a response or for the ticket to be read.
Reports are an important part of maintaining fairness on the server, especially when it comes to handling rule breakers or resolving player issues. When the response time is very slow, it can make the system feel ineffective and discourages players from using it.
I respectfully suggest improving the response time and review process for reports and tickets, so player concerns can be addressed more efficiently. Faster responses would greatly improve the overall experience and trust in the system.
