The state of pvp in Neo Survival is absolutely awful for so many reasons,

The cool down on spears is utterly stupid, the fact that you can fly in any direction you wish and get out of every duel whenever you please is just not how pvp is supposed to work, especially when players dont have a way to deal enough damage in a short burst anymore.

Adjust Spear Lunge Cooldown in Warp PvP

Often Times i see the lottery just going to waste and no one really plays it (atleast in survival). If there was some initial value which people could win rather then someone first putting in money into it for no boon whatsoever.
