So as I've heard that the release of EXTREMECRAFT SPECIAL UNIQUE BEDWARS is quite soon, I wanted to get this idea simple and quick if it was not already suggested/implemented.

So far, the custom enchants update was my favorite. It adds more competitiveness and fun into the game. But one thing I must admit greatly disliking about it is the fact that they can't be repaired using the regular vanilla minecraft anvil nor can be repaired except with /fix. In my words and some others, it's unfair for the lower ranks to not be able to fix their Overpowered gear and it.. See more

OPFactions - Multiple f homes for different ranks
So, pretty self explanatory. It would let us set different homes for different faction ranks ex.:

*Cough* Definitely not referring to OPFactions v2.0 suggestion. Why not make our own factions plugin? It's more configurable and easier to fix bugs/glitches.

In my opinion, i see no point of having rain/thunder weather in the lobbies, it just causes my fps to drop and more lag and it makes it hard to see. As the title says, disabling rain/thunder in the 5 lobbies would be appreciated.

Yes, this wouldn't do much, but it would reduce the lag over server and prevent some types of lag machines.
