OPFactions - Multiple f homes for different ranks

So, pretty self explanatory. It would let us set different homes for different faction ranks ex.:

/f sethome recruit

/f sethome Officer

Our factions plugin is not as flexible as you may think, edits involving the changes to its core are not really something we're planning to dig into
