it is PinkBearBoi, well i am from iraq and i have a payment issue
i cant buy from the store my only method was xsolla and it is not there anymore and i cant buy anything anymore
paysafe ,paymentwall ,paypal
are all unfortunetly blocked in my country :(
so i suggest if u add xsolla again or add more ways to pay ;D!

i whould suggest to make 50% discount so more people whould buy ranks and stuff because now not much people buy stuff here because its not very cheap but if you make 50% discount i think more people whould buy and you whould make profit, also im only waiting 50% off so i could buy ranks.

Store Voucher Usage On The Site

Make it so that only when you checkout with the applied code then the code is used , i applied my code but my pc crashed and i lost completely lost my store voucher issue and now im waiting for a support ticket .

It will be a simple but useful fix for anyone that will encounter this issue and especially when their intentions are to support the server but ended like this.

Suggestions should be replied

I think every suggestion should atleast be replied within a period of 1 week or so as one cannot wait for long to know that his/her suggestion has been read/considered. so only replying to some of them, I suggest each of them should be replied .

I'd like to know when a discount (christmas, easter, summer, something..) will be available, we all know the 50% discount is a market trick, it's the base price for everything. I wanted to know if you guys can add a new Summer Sale, or some type of sale with good discounts!

allow us to post comments in suggestions

Suggestion: actually do something with the suggestions

I see that 80% of the suggestions that get a response get "rejected" or "closed" but almost all real suggestions never get a reply.
I like to think about ways to improve the server, but I feel almost all substantive suggestions never get a response.

Just a Suggestion.

Hallo! I am HoneyDce.
I have a suggestion.
Since our friends whom we have might have not seen in a long time change their name without us knowing it, Why not add a search column in "Username Changes" so search for old usernames of people?

In the Search, suppose someone can write "HelloYoungMan" (My old name) Then it will show my new name (HoneyDce) So that they can finally interact again.

just to see the news faster than go to suggestion and check it .

Player wise suggestion

As we know, there is a feature for us on website to check the players. But it only shows their name changes, offenses and suggestions. So I think instead of us searching their games' stats through the leaderboard, ya all should list their stats as well. Thanks and have a nice day!

Edit suggestions, delete appeals, suggestions etc

Please make it so we can edit suggestions and delete ban appeals, talking about appeals: we might've did a wrong appeal so we delete this and create a new one you can make and delete (delete unlimited) up to 2 appeals in 1 month. Now for the suggestions, we might've did a mistake and didnt notice it, after reading the suggestion, we might notice that we did a mistake so we edit it and f.. See more

please add more staff to read the suggestion..... even my 1 year ago suggestion still open! What do you want to do if you just ignore suggestions? im sure there is more open suggestion than rejected + shortlist + accepted, please take a look at suggestions, there is lot of good suggestion and staffs ignore it, like how to fix EC, and rejected, if you see the chart, we can see in 2020-2021 EC los.. Get a email notification when there's reacted on something you're involved in

Get a email notification when there's reacted on a ban appeal or something similar to that.

I'm banned for 1 month & 3 weeks now and checking my ban appeal 3 times+ a day cuz i want a unban very soon,
This is kind of wasting my time and that's why a notification to your personal mail would be perfect!

add new staff role

staffs that read suggestions probably moderators+

and only small amount of player on staff that is moderator+

so, please make a new application, and its "Suggestion Manager"

so, they can respond to suggestions faster

they cant /ban, /mute, /kick
