I think you should add the title 'GhostRider' because I've seen a lot of titles out of movies. But GhostRider is not one of them. You should consider adding it.

Title Spagheti

Some people likes noodles and most of them Spagheti so why not create title for them? Spagheti with colors mixed of Gold and BrightYellow that would be great now off topic :D Keep up the good work staff make the server better place cuZ i noticed that less people plays here.. But i really love playing here and i know that you are really hard work for it...

Auto extract xp

I got one cool suggestion for the server. Since it is very annoying to do /extractexp at an exp lvl and it is wasting precious time, there should be a command for ranks maybe like /autoextractexp set (level). So for example in servers with custom enchants you do /autoextractxp set 25 and every time you reach 25 lvls it auto extracts your exp. Would be awesome to have that.

Nuisance

custom enchant extracter

when you use this item on an item that have a custom enchant you can take it of that item and the paper will turn into the custom enchant book that you removed

if there is multipul custom enchant a meniu will pop up asking you what enchant you want to remove
