Remove warp killing/scamming from towny

Towny is supposed to be a friendly server for everyone and it allows new players come and enjoy the server. But now it has turned completely into pure risk and anarcy. People could lie they could steal they could scam and even destroy builds/towns people spend hours and hours grinding just for it to be destroyed. This is not lifesteal or factions or anarcy, this is towny and it they should atlea.. See more

Buff mcmmo in towny

I have come to notice that mcmmo has been nerfed in towny. Swords don't sweep like before and also maces don't do much damage now completely making them useless in fights and less people it using it. Please buff mcmmo so swords and maces go back to useful and also because of this alot of people started to use axes which overpowers the sword making them a little less powerful. Please buff..
