Make pvp better

In lifesteal as a pvper I have noticed the totem having the cd of 30 seconds which kind of makes it of no use and I have to use shield to make it better they should reduce the time to 10 to 15 seconds. Also the elytra is disabled in pvp which makes a ht player like me (ht3) elytra macer useless. I have done so many things to spear mace to elytra macing and both combined as well but seeing here ..
