Make pvp better

In lifesteal as a pvper I have noticed the totem having the cd of 30 seconds which kind of makes it of no use and I have to use shield to make it better they should reduce the time to 10 to 15 seconds. Also the elytra is disabled in pvp which makes a ht player like me (ht3) elytra macer useless. I have done so many things to spear mace to elytra macing and both combined as well but seeing here that the elytra mace puts so many users to waste. And the noob players who are just rich can spam thier maces and win as there is no stun slam available(I can do it) which makes it more diificult to pop someone or even land a hit on them if they are using shield. So they should allow elytra macing to make the pvp better if not they should allow one to use e pearls in combat as the windcharge and pearl combo is op to pop anyone in maxed out enchats
