Quests System Reworked

Hello! We all know the Quest sistem could some boring stupid quests and the way it works is not the best possible. Here I will note my suggestions to make it better:

- Quests timer needs to be reworked: yesterday I literally did 1 quest and had to wait 5 hours to do another one (There should be like 4 Quests per day, maybe more for ranks, Donor-Mvp --> 6, Hero-Elite -->8 and Extreme --->10)

So basically me and white lord are the two top reporters on the anti hacker team, both added together we have caught about 1000 hackers. we were both wondering if possibly there could be a new role implemented for example called "Senior reporter", with this role we could possibly have access to more perms to help catch more hackers. Auto extract xp

I got one cool suggestion for the server. Since it is very annoying to do /extractexp at an exp lvl and it is wasting precious time, there should be a command for ranks maybe like /autoextractexp set (level). So for example in servers with custom enchants you do /autoextractxp set 25 and every time you reach 25 lvls it auto extracts your exp. Would be awesome to have that.

Please remove the sell message in salesman's book its not just annoying it covers a lot of messages I Hope you solve it fast :D

Just bring the spawners back to SkyGrid, that was the fun and magic of it and the reset ruined this gamemode. It has so much potential...

Voting Rewards

Noticed that EC are now doing voting rewards .. great! Honestly think this is a great idea in order to encourage more people to vote - however, looking at this image http://prntscr.com/h7vzxp You can see that in October, Extremecraft gave out nearly $1000 worth of coupons to spend via the store. i think it would be great if example on skygrid/opfaction koth and cta votes dosnt need to be so high atm becus not many pepole are playing it and it would have been fun if it could start on those gammodes tho so lover the votes requirment and it would also be cool if koth cta would somethimes just start randomly without any voting that would have been cool :DD

/tp system improvement

It happened to me LOADS of times to tp or tphere the wrong person by mistake (by tab) so you should be able to /tpcancel or /tpstop because for example Elite+ have no tp cooldown so you can't move when someone you tped to by mistake accepts your tp request so having a command to revoke the tp request would be really useful and nice. Voting streak

Add:
Total vote, total vote for 1 month and a voting streak (for voting daily) that will start to 1 if you miss a day of voting
Most of EC's players love to see numbers/stats of them and always race up to reach the top stats holder

You can add a in-game reward for 1 straight voting streak for a week
or maybe a small chance to get 10% discount voucher (or any percentage you want) in any.. See more

Butterfly title

Change the color of the butterfly title from blue to something else. Blue doesn't really suit it.

Disable Rain in Lobbies

In my opinion, i see no point of having rain/thunder weather in the lobbies, it just causes my fps to drop and more lag and it makes it hard to see. As the title says, disabling rain/thunder in the 5 lobbies would be appreciated.

Pvp combat tag + extra safety

So ik how servers will know stick to a scheduled restart and there has been some coding to stop people losing their stuff when they are combat tagged and restart happens I was thinking for extra safety PVP will close 5-10 minutes before the restart so people get put back on their island or spawn and after the restart PVP will open after 5-10 mins idk just a random idea from the top of my head
