Concerning survival gamemodes: More opportunity for non-paying/non-voting players.

I believe survival gamemodes would be better for all players if they were not quite so weighted toward those who vote and/or pay money to rank up, as not all people are willing or even know how to do this. Hide and seek

I really miss the hide and seek server. I know it barely had many people but I think there is still a way to bring it back. Since parkour was added to creative maybe you can add hide and seek to it too, that way people don't have to switch servers to get there and its more accessible. well my suggestion is to remove forcefield and shieldorbs from bedwars?
cuz theyre clearly over powered and dont really make fun its also not really in a bedwars style

Everyone knows that the server gets insanley boring because there is usually at most 700-790 players on and everyone gets fed up with hackers/alters/evaders.

People just afk at most gamemodes to reach baltop 1 or the top spot in whatever they want to get to. If you add other small gamemodes that is very simple for example: parkour, practicing servers and some simple arcade games.

Disallow Insiding

We all have gotten insided at some point and it's not really fair and fun for the faction that gets insided. The players who gets insided will lose motivation and will stop playing eventually since the they lose weeks or a months of work just to a single player in a blink of an eye. It also really ruins the economy since the people who insided the faction now got all of their value.
