Make /ignore uncapped

The current /ignore limit per server is just 100 players, which is not nearly enough. I keep having to unignore old, inactive players to ignore new ones. There are simply too many annoying people on the server for there to be a limit on how many should be ignored. There should be no limit to the amount of "ignore"s one person can have.

Also, I suggest the /ignorelist should only list ignored players which are currently online and not the entire history, as it floods the chat.
