multi tool

The use of Multi Tool is only for players who have hero rank or higher, Its unfair for those players who only have a rank below hero, I know multi tool is a privilege for hero rank but in consideration allow all ranked players to use that tool.

To make it fair for those who bought higher ranks put a price on every use of multi tool, the higher the rank the less the money it cost per use of the tool by doing that it will put a balance to the ranking system in skyblock.

Also add multi tool reward in crates, example in vote crates put a multi tool reward but put a limit on uses (3000 uses) or more.
