Suggestion for entire server

It's insane how just two years ago I was on this server playing each day and enjoying it.

I had spent around 400 euros in a year which was all later wiped besides my rank, I wasn't fussed about this I decided to try become #1 on Skyblock again as at this point there were around 2000 concurrent players. I had spent a bit more money, around 40 euros and bought some spawners in the shop... and spent days grafting my way back up and I made some really good progress.

Until the staff team came up with a great idea, all those in the top 10 should be given vouchers EVERY WEEK! they can spend in store and it's all free, they gave away that many vouchers that eventually it was the same 10 people getting the vouchers each and every week.

I complained about this to your staff team and I was muted twice, told to forget about it... I even posted a suggestion here but it was ignored for almost a year until it caught the attention of someone else.

So what's my suggestion? My suggestion is if you like your server put some effort into it... stop letting your staff run riot, stop giving away ridiculous amounts of stuff to users who are clearly going to distribute the items into the economy. Selling 5 ingots for $10 or whatever but then you give almost 200+ away each week for free.

Treat your customers with a little bit of respect, I loved this server and was basically kicked out of it because your staff didn't want to hear me out... And realistically it's not just cost you 1 member it's cost you $33 dollars on average per month since I've left and I'm sure there were others who felt like they had wasted their money on what was the most popular server at the time.
