Hello, i just wanna say Extremecraft is amazing but i think some people/me got bored of grinding survival and opsurvival and all other games and some people dont like plugins so what about you make an SMP servers list all player can create an smp and choose what version they want and make it public or private,
public: all players can join it, i recommend making it free but for more money you can make it paid or rank needed

Private: only players with the code can join and when they enter it once they can join forever untill they get banned by the creator or the code get changed (code is not randomized its made by the creator)

Also there is no rules in SMPs all players can hack and xray only creator or operated players can ban them Staff mebers CANT use there staff commands in the SMP they can only close/warn the server if its for exploit content or bad stuff and if its members chat only they get punished because the owner didn't know "staff can see private servers and join it but they are able to get banned and rage closing it or closing it bc no reason/personal reason, is not allowed" (and creator can put rules in his server information)

And make the limit for players is 1 smp per Member and ranked 2 and higher the rank the more SMPs he can own

This is just to improve the server and make it more popular :) (work harder earn more, and be happier)
