Reset/wipe

Reset anarchy it's already dead all the players that played anarchy agree it would bring back players.

Thanks for submitting your feedback and showing interest in our server! However, resets will happen when the time is right and when we can get to them. We do have other priorities which we need to think about before hand as well.
