Regarding the rewards of the vote crates, I consider that giving a stack of debris is something that is going to break the economy and undermines the fun of minecraft, which is exploring and mining, I understand that it is an op server and that anyway the probabilities that you get that reward are minimal but still it is something almost unfair because the debris is not a decorative block in itself and having netherite before the others without any effort is a disadvantage practically and I think that you agree with that because nerfed The kits, instead of giving debris, it would be better to give some blocks that are more difficult to obtain and of a decorative nature such as a stack of amethyst, I also consider that giving elytras is something almost unfair because it takes away the emotion to explore the end, no I know if they do it because just as now the end only has 6000x6000 space on the map, it will have it the same after the reset but if they open the end map as a vanilla map, then they must remove the elytras and make it a reward for the effort and patience of the scout player.
