Addition to the removal of P2W From EC

Since EC ranks are now based for each gamemode instead of being global, I feel it necessary to have a balancing mode of redeeming store items. The HOF feature got removed too so vouchers are only available to Factions and Opfactions players for the time being and this makes it impossible for any non factions player to get them without spending their real money. EC is now going towards a fully money farming server rather than one which also aims to keep the community happy and active.

To improve this, I would like to suggest an ingame currency which cannot be obtained by using any of the rank perks.
EC Souls would be the currency which can be obtained by doing the following:

Voting
Being a very active player (Not including AFK times)
Winning minigames events (Which can be introduced in the minigames API update soon)
Having a long period of time with no offences (A certain amount of currency for every 3 months spent without offences)
Avoiding profanity and toxicity in chat for a long time(Even if it is not punishable)

Currency Rates:
The currency is not something which can be exploited by low prices and used as a way to easily escape the need to spend real money on the server (since the server is still a business).
Rank/Title prices via the ingame currency should be set high.
For example, 150 Currency Points= 1Eu (Before Discounts)
This keeps the economy in check and still acts as something which keeps the players active and grinding for their ranks/titles without actually using any ranked perks.

How it works:
These are all ways which are in no way affected by our rank perks and can be very helpful in reviving the server from its current state.

Voting for the server for a month in a row without missing a day grants you 60 currency points. (Minimum votes to be set, you don't get 60pts just by voting on 1 site per day).

Ingame activity: Long durations of playing on the server daily may grant a small amount of points. 1 Point Per Hour Spent. 8hrs=8pts. (AFK time doesn't get counted).

Winning Minigames Events: Have daily tournaments/events set for the minigames servers after the update which automatically start. It is a form of competitive minigames which get auto started at a certain time of day daily. Players can pre-register for them and get sent ingame when it starts etc. These tournament winners get the currency points. Amount can be different for each minigame. This keeps the server competitive along with not being P2W or rank based.

Long Period With No Offences: We can all agree that EC could use a better community which isn't so toxic as the current one. We could try to improve the one we have right now by introducing a rewards system for not breaking rules. This encourages players to be a decent and helpful player which focuses on enjoying the game instead of ruining it for others.

Avoid Profanity And Toxicity In Chat: Just like the last point, rewarding players for not being toxic to others and keeping the community clean would also help improve the server and keeping the playerbase intact by reducing the amount of players who leave due to toxic behaviour by others.
