allow world edit with barrier blocks and other blocks

with /sblocks i could get barrier blocks but i can't world edit with it so that's kinda stupid
so i think we should be able to world edit barrier blocks
same thing with water, lava, railroad
we should be able to use them with world edit

Thanks for your feedback! We added barrier to the list of blocks that you can worldedit.
Regarding other blocks we unfortunately can't satisfy your request, those blocks were abused in the past by players to crash other players and lag the server and we're unable to safely whitelist them again
