Remove all effect when joining dtp

Its annoying to find invisible tnt stealer, invis blocker, speed pots miner, etc

So, remove effect when joining dtp, and give them back after finished

Thanks for your feedback! Speed and haste effects will not get automatically removed on start and the TNT is unique to each player so there can't be any stealing anymore
