add a creative plus gameMode

so i thought of doing the feb buildbattle then i realised that i cant use 1.16 blocks
pls add a 1.16 creative server which you can just open for build battle

We won’t be making creative into a 1.16 or a seperate creative 1.16 for a while, if at all.
