Gamemode(s) for when the server gets boring and other 'improvements'

Everyone knows that the server gets insanley boring because there is usually at most 700-790 players on and everyone gets fed up with hackers/alters/evaders.

People just afk at most gamemodes to reach baltop 1 or the top spot in whatever they want to get to. If you add other small gamemodes that is very simple for example: parkour, practicing servers and some simple arcade games.

Parkour is something that usually makes people angry whenever they fail but people would want to try and get better at parkour or beat different levels.

/go pvp is a sort of practicing place for pvp, bow, no debuff etc. We all know that the kb and hit reg is terrible and brings pvp down so you usually win by luck or you have learnt how to work around the kb and hit reg. From what i have seen, there is about 5-10 hackers at least on pvp everyday and many alters. The toxicity on PvP is unessessary and not so welcoming for any new players. When there is no one on PvP you are waiting for ages until someone joins either Gapple 1v1, Bow 1v1 or any of the other gamemodes. Even if someone joins, 90% of the time it is a person who is really bad at the game or really good. The elo issues is a whole other topic. A practicing gamemode i was thinking would be like, for bow 1v1, moving targets and you have to try and aim for them. There can be different difficulties and different ways of practicing techniques on how to shoot. For a gapple 1v1 you can fight, let's say, bots or multiple targets.

By simple arcade games i mean just ones that you jump down and dodge blocks or simple spleef games. I think by adding all of these things or even at least one possibly the player count mighy jump up a bit.

A bit problem on EC is the staff and inacivity of staff members. Many staff members are usually afk or not online. I have even seen times when there is absolutley no staff online and that is a perfect time for alters/hackers/rulebreakers to join and distrupt the server. You ask us to report alters or hackers or rulebreakers yet that is not our job. People want to enjoy playing the server and not to waste their time filling up their reports with people who can keep on coming back over and over again. The main problem on this server is the toxicity and the amount of hackers and evaders/alters. Everyone knows that the higher ranked staff have their favourites and they will do anything for them to get pushed up. There are some who staff doesn't like and they would only last a month or less until they get kicked off. I suggest getting better staff that are usually online and stop people favouring others. Just go by how the player is actually doing within the staff team and doing their job in EC rather than going by other staff members opinions.
