Suggestion #7826

This seems to be the only real way to contact you, but I'm not so such anymore...

This server has become a joke lately, and I'm saying that as it breaks my heart as I have been on your server for over 5 years now... I remember the days of old 5 years ago when there would be thousands of players online and every server was just full of players and fun. But over the years it has declined more and more in its quality, staff management, and overall maintenance.

Quality:
Skygrid, RPG, Anarchy, and Minigames lack player base as well as maintenance. RPG's isn't even real "RPG" its survival with Slimefun. When players think RPG they think wynncraft or lord of the craft which is like actual roleplay. Anarchy is just factions without claims... Real Anarchy include hacks, "No rules".

OPSkyblock, AcidIsland, and Skyblock have a player base, but the issue is you guys don't reset is as often as it should. When your new players come online to play one of these island servers, they see you can win vouchers, but they see /is top and see AcidIsland #1 500mil, OPSkyblock #1 327mil, Skyblock #1 108Mil. Those new players just leave because it is not worth it to play. There also needs to be more content involved so players are not just building and afking. Add some fun.

Factions, and OPFactions also has a huge player base, but it lacks in consistency. It seems like the rules change every other day and seems to be in favor for one faction over the other. Once the rules are made they should be kept until the end of the season (Unless it is major such as exploits or glitches) . Fixing whatever is wrong between the cannoning server and Faction/OPFaction. Something isn't right if I build a cannon of cannoning and it doesn't work on Factions/OPFactions.. Your players are going to other servers and PAYING them for access to a cannoning server..

Quality of the server as a whole is lacking majorly and is a big reason that more and more players are leaving ExtremeCraft and deleting it from there server list.

Staff Management:
Staff have been slacking seriously, especially in the senior staff, JrMod and up. You need more developers for the server, more people that are willing to put in the work to make the server better for everyone. It also seems that it comes down to pure laziness and no creativity. All the crates are closely the same between all the servers as well as the /shop. Crates and /shop should be unique to the individual server. Switch the economy each season where sugar cane is the best money source and the next be pumpkin or something. Be creative.. not lazy

Suggestions are now being completely neglected. At first all the stupid and inappropriate ones would get declined and maybe some good ones get accepted. Now the last suggestions that was looked at is 4 weeks old, and I have some suggestions that have been opened for almost a year. There are a lot of good suggestions that could really help the quality and overall atmosphere of the server. Yet again it seems like pure laziness takes over and no one wants to put in the work to add the features in, and now no one wants to put in the work to review. Improve suggestions and how they are handled, such as discussion with the author of the suggestion for feedback and improvements to the suggestion. Lastly if you are not going to listen to the "Thumbs Up" and "Thumb's Down" remove the option to, otherwise use that to actually review the suggestion/ possibly accept it or reject the bad suggestion.

Staff itself have become a joke as some do not take their role seriously. NOT NAMING NAMES OR POINTING FINGERS. I'm going to use me as an example. I wasn't the best staff member, but I was always told "You are the example!" Staff need to act mature and respectful to its players and BE THE EXAMPLE. There are staff that choice to back certain groups, there are staff that refuse to listen to players when they are made light of a serious issue, and there are staff that curse, laugh out, make fun of, and down right abuse players. New and old players alike are not staying because of this. Its disgusting that staff acts like this, and that it continues to stay like this and nothing is being done. Abusive staff members get promoted due to favoritism and good players get rejected because of some chat history or personal history. You also have good players that want to apply (and most likely would get approved) but do not want to apply because they see how the senior staff are and do not want to get abused in that manner. As a former JrHelper and Helper I was abused and scorned and demoted for the things that staff are doing today.

I will be posting this in Suggestions as well for everyone to read because I believe this to be a serious thing that you the Owner need to hear. ExtremeCraft has become a joke and as people are saying "A Trash Server" and is losing its player base more and more. Improvements need to be made to better its overall quality. I hope you actually read this and take what I and hundreds of other players are saying and feeling.
