Please save the server
I'll start this off by saying that i'm just a nobody that likes this server alot. I'm going to point out some stuff first. When i started playing on this server about a year ago, the server got around 1000-1200 players every day. That has dropped to 600-800 now that means that it decreased alot. I normally don't like pointing out people's mistakes, but i'm going to right now. First of all the staff, most of the staff is unexperienced, not impartial and almost never online and they're just afk when they are online(not talking about all of them some of them are decent). Second, the resets are around once every year that's way too long because around 1/3th of all the players on lets say skyblock are playing to be on /is top and that's just not achievable if the resets are once every year. Let's talk about /afk now i can tell you that around 1/3th of the players on this server just /afk's all day. They do that to be on /is top for example. It makes the game less fun for everyone if people just /afk all day. Let's talk about admin abuse right now, I have seen some video's about this server on youtube. Most of the admin abuse video's have Hyperdce in it. Hyperdce is not only toxic, but hes not impartial. Hyperdce is in the party named Ec's finest and does everything for his party. I'm not going to begin naming all the people that were wrongfully banned by Hyperdce. You cant watch the video's if you want to see that. Let's talk about parties now. parties have unlimited spots and that is just absurd if you ask me. The fights aren't even about skill now. They're just about outnumbering the other party. Look at Vendetta for example they have around 200 players and that's just absurd. Next we have the alters, i have been encountering the same alter for weeks now his alt get's banned and he just uses an other one. That's happening, because people don't get Ip-banned. People should have no reason to use a vpn on a minecraft server for if anyone wanted to say that they could use one. Let's talk about the bans right now. Mrstraw and mrjan were banned for making fun of suicide, they got unbanned because they got hyperdce to beg dieu for it. Ichosenexcite was banned for making a joke that included creating fake evidence, he didn't get unbanned while what he did was nothing compared to mrstraw and mrjan. Even a friend of mine got false banned by a banwave. My solutions if you want to hear them. Only accept staff when they're online more than 6 hours a day, not in a party, when theyre barely afk and when theyre experienced enough to help people with what they need. Make all of the gamemodes reset every 6 months.
Don't let people /afk more than 3 hours a day. you should actually do something with staff complaints, when someone like Hyperdce has been the center of all the complaints you should know that he's not a good staff member. Make the max members of a party 30, that's enough to have big fights and it makes room for more parties. Ip-ban people and don't allow vpn's on this server they're not needed. Go over every person that was perm banned by a staff member(so not by the banwave). Look if they actually deserve the ban and look if they may have been banned for long enough(this doesn't include hackers ect or alters). This is my opinion i want a staff members to look at this and actually read it and think about it. have a nice one

Thanks for submitting your feedback and showing interest in our server! If there are problems with staff members you are welcome to make a report instead of putting it in a suggestion where it doesn't belong.
Parties have been capped at 30 members per party.
Players don't get IP banned because they can just get on a VPN and bypass it, or even change their IP entirely if they have a dynamic IP and players who want to play from other countries require a VPN to play so we won't be getting rid of them. We will ban the ban evader as much as we can so we can combat this.
If players were falsely banned they may make an appeal and we will get round to it when a moderator is available to do so.
In regards to the incident that had happened, Ichosen is quite capable of making his own ban appeal as players with the no unban tag are able to appeal as well. Just as anyone is able to appeal as we are a lot less strict with them.
The staff requirements are already fine as they are and as mentioned earlier, you are free to make a staff report if you believe there has been a false punishment or if there are problems concerning the staff team.
And we cannot simply go over every single player not banned by the banwave. Two staff members alone come out to nearly 7000 bans overall so that simply wouldn't be possible.
