Replying

We should not be allowed to reply on our own Suggestion/report as replying at our suggestion / adding a message at our report changes it's status to "REPLIED" which ultimately makes the staff ignore that Suggestion/report thinking it has already been replied. So, a simple solution is either to disable replying to own suggestion/report or replying should not change the status to replied.
