When creeper die they should drop like 1-5 tnt randomly.Its so expensive to buy tnt for one raid.Also u can add /f tnt it would be like faction bank of tnt and u would be able to upgrade it frist level (2,5mil) would have max storage of 250k tnt , second level (10mil) would have 1mil and third level (20mil) would have 10mil tnt.Also if /f tnt will be a thing u should make /f tnt fill (amount) (radius) and like command for depositing tnt in the bank would be like /f tnt deposit (amount).
