Suggestion #7468

Some of the new players don't know the rules so they, use hacks or scam or grief may lead to permenant ban. I suggest to give some of the players who got ban a second chance so they get unbanned, and they know their mistake so they won't do it again. And to get unban i suggest to make a simple test to them after rereading the rules and that the server will get more players with less breaking rules.
