Suggestions should be replied

I think every suggestion should atleast be replied within a period of 1 week or so as one cannot wait for long to know that his/her suggestion has been read/considered. so only replying to some of them, I suggest each of them should be replied .

Suggestions gradually get responded to at the best of our ability, considering there are more than 500 suggestions being submitted and more that get added per day, it becomes a challenge to reply to everything at once. Do understand we are doing our upmost best to respond to each suggestion ticket as quickly as possible.
