Avoiding good suggestions
I like how you guys avoid good suggestion and reply to the false ones. What Im saying is you should at least say that we are on it or something so I know if i gotta check everyday to see if it got answered.

Suggestions get resolved whenever and whoever is free and available to.
It's not the idea of "good suggestions" being avoided, it just depends on the time someone sees the suggestions and whether things can be implemented or not, it will eventually will have a response when viewed. Suggestions get checked when we are available and we try to get through as much of them as possible.
