An Appeal for the Community.

If it pleases the staff.
1. Many people are getting tpkilled at almost 5 people a day. The people who are having a hard time getting those materials and stuff just lose them by someone who wants to cheat, to kill, to raise general doubts about everyone. I suggest that the staff should prevent people to tpkill.
2. People who scam on the /ah must be restricted for a tempban's time.
3. I suggest that The evidence for griefing reports and helpop's must have no limit as time. It should be Unlimited time for checking evidence because suppose someone has a vacation and doesn't check in EC for a long time. At that time he is offline, someone griefs his base. By the time he comes back and helpop's or Reports, the staff says, "Nope. The evidence is too old. It should have been 2 weeks ago to get accepted. I'm sorry." What is that?
4. I suggest that once in many months, people can come to a place in the spawn where people and staff can stay in a place and chat their problems and suggest solutions to other problems. The staff can decide what to do.
5. When someone tp' to someone, the Tp'er should have 10 seconds of Invulnerability, in case he is going to get tpkilled.
6. Also, in a griefed area, suppose the Griefer is spared, I suggest that the Griefed area must be reset to normal or the claim in which the Griefer griefed, must be abandoned so that it cannot stay there for the whole year until the server resets.
7. Also, suppose there is a person who accused a person, I suggest that 3 Staff members must look into the Accuse, Decide together what is the Punishment is to be given, or to pardon the Accused.
8. I see many rejections in the Suggestions on the Website. I suggest that the Moderator who replies back as a rejection, must give a proper reason to the suggestion, just like this suggestion which will be shown by the Moderator, "Rejected" or "no" or "x".

Answer: Rejected

1. TP-Killing isn't that hard to avoid. simply do not accept tp requests from players you do not trust. However, if you still wish to teleport then don't carry valuable items with you so if you happen and get killed, you won't lose them.

2. Scams on /ah are really unlikely to happen since you see the item, the price and confirmation before buying. So if you buy something that is obviously a scam, it's simply no one's fault but yours and hence there's no point punishing the scammer. If happened and the fake item showed on /ah is really similar to the original then in this case we can punish the scammer.

3. We do not give time limit for reports for no reason. We use chat and block logs to find out the players who griefed / scammed as solid proof, the time limit for these logs before they expire is 2 weeks and hence if if 2 weeks have passed, we cannot get evidence, therefore, cannot punish.

4. If you want to suggest a solution then you're already doing it right now by making a suggestion. If you want to chat to staff members then you can use discord or talk to them in-game chat, there's no need for a "meeting".

5. Would've been useful if tp-killing was disallowed. but obviously, it's not. so if a player wishes to tp-kill someone else then they are allowed to and we cannot add Invulnerability or we would be stopping them from doing so.

6. We already do our best to fix griefed areas after punishing the player. we do not have enough means to return the area exactly how it was before the grief so we're simply like normal players, fixing it by hand.

7. We punish for accusing not because the accused player isn't hacking or whatever, we do so because if you accuse someone who is actually hacking in public chat, they will most likely turn off their hacks and hence stop them from getting banned either by a staff member, anti-hacker team or the banwave. there's absolutely no need to discuss this matter with 2 other staff members just to punish someone for accusing.

8. Most of the rejected suggestions have obvious reasons on why they were rejected and hence don't need a full explanation. The "no" and "x" are simply for fun, the suggestions weren't serious hence the replies weren't as well and I do not see how this affects you in any way.
But since you asked for a proper reason on why a suggestion is rejected, then here you go.
