For ban appeal

if some one is banned when he go and do an appeal The appeal ask him for his discord so when some one reply on his appeal the BigBrother bot send a message to this discord because people will not check everytime if they replied or not

You receive an email if it gets accepted, you can also check it from the website which doesn't take much time.
