/Helpop is a great command and I love it. There is 1 problem though, which is the cool down. I do understand you do not want people to keep spamming it, but you should lower the cool down to like 30 seconds. This is because I always find people breaking rules, I help it, then someone else breaks a rule. I can't help that immediately which Is annoying sometimes. It would be great if you could lower this.
