X-Ray AntiCheat for all server
I Have Suggestion for Survival, Faction or basically for an open world server
We all can agree, X-ray user is one of the hardest hacker to track in Minecraft. Lately, I've found mineshaft that has been completely empty with no spawner left. It's normal of course. But what's not normal is I can see the hole that dug straight into the spawner position. How can I tell? Cave Spider spawner usually surrounded by a lot of cobwebs. And if they're a legit player, they would remove all the cobwebs to make a way for the spawner and finally dig the spawner. And in the early days of survival, 1-2 weeks after the reset occur. I see a bunch of Spawner on /ah ( Mostly Cave Spider ). Was it really that easy to find a spawner? it's supposed to be one of the hardest block to find in Minecraft.
I Disagree with the idea of removing all mineshaft all together. It would be better if the server add an anti-cheat mostly for X-Ray. Which I believe already implemented on Hardcore Survival/SemiVanilla in 2016. So my conclusion is, Anti XRay can fixed the server from an excessive amount of spawner and can fixed the Economy by little.

Thanks for your feedback! Spawners aren't available in wilderness since few years now, either way we also still have the xray prevention enabled but that has its drawbacks such as:
1 - Dramatically decreased server performances
2 - (Visual)glitches and block breaking issues
3 - Still not quite perfect, there's no way to tell if a block is in line of sight other than iterating every block from the player up until the block location and that if done for enough blocks and for enough players would cause the server to hang
