Make the vouchers expire after 6 days. AND/OR Only be able to spend the voucher on the server you win it in

The reasoning behind this is most of the EC servers reset on Friday and Hall of Fame is typically on a Friday. If the voucher expires after 6 days of receiving it, it will prevent players from using the voucher at the reset creating an unfair lead. Making the vouchers expires after 6 days will give players that are not winning vouchers a chance to actually get on top.

Making the voucher only spendable on the server you won it on, prevents teams from dominating one server then easily coming over to the next server and dominating there. Limiting where the can spend the voucher will encourage players to actually try at the beginning of a reset instead of starting out with $400 in vouchers and able to buy like 80 igs right after reset.
