/fac, /sur and commands alike are there only for legacy reasons as we didn't want to penalize players who learned them when we started the server, we were in fact planning to remove them.
Instead you may use the command /go which supports partial naming still "saving time", for example /go cr would send you to creative, /go sky would send you to skyblock, /go skyg would send you to skygrid and so on
