A villager egg in prison cost $10,000,000.00 which is quite expensive and it doesn't gaurantee that you will get a librarian or a librarian with a trade you want. If you do get a librarian you will notice that you can't really trade glass, paper, and bookshelf. The paper trade, I can understand since it's gonna be useless anyway since there's no use for it since there are no leather. But glass and bookshelf, which are both present in /shop cannot be traded. These are very important trade to keep the librarian villager stocked because in some rare cases, after you trade with a villager numerous times, they will get out of stock. To restock them you'll need to trade other stuff. Now after some time, the villager will require it's entire trade to be traded out before it can restock again, since glass and bookshelf aren't available, this makes the villager completely out of stock and in a state where it cannot be traded again. I suggest enabling the glass and bookshelf trade for the librarian since it's gonna help keep villager stocked.
