Censor evading

When a player gets muted and the punishment is censor evading, I'd suggest adding the swear word like in the example below
/mute WellsJ censorevading 'Swearword'
and so every time a player gets punished for ce, the swear word will be added to the filter.
Gathering all the swear words that players use to censor evade will make it effective and better in order to censor them.
