should be clear ithat you're allowed to admit to cheats even if you're joking

the "Admitting to be using disallowed hacks/mods (as joke or not) might be considered enough to punish at discretion of the staff." doesnt display in the simple rules and only displays in the detailed rules. people have gotten banned for joking around that they have hacks, and getting banned since it doesnt clearly say that in the rules. (at least i dont think) so i think in my opinion it should be more clear for others to see.
