People with Random names

I personally think that server doesn't have to let players have a random name like (6199Feonetm0) because alot of hackers are using those names to make their ban take longer (ban evading pretty much). Please add a rule that stops hackers like:
RANDOM LETTERS/NUMBERS AS NAMES are not allowed. We will be considering you as a hacker and we will ban you. Don't use too many random letters so you won't get banned
