The reason why I propose this, is because something very concerning is happening lately in survival.
There is a big party, with well known players in it, where multiple players did multiple PayPal scams.
I know staff can not handle PayPal scams, because they can not view transactions. But there should be a solution.

My proposal is: make a platform to sell in-game stuff for money. I'll work it out:
- The base is a wallet, where you transfer money to, from PayPal (or other payment apps).
- People can sell items for money inside the platform
- When someone buys it, money is transfered to the wallet of the seller.
- The seller can withdraw money from his wallet, to PayPal (or other payment apps).

A platform like this will prevent PayPal scams. But I know that this could be disturbing the servers shop.
I understand that people could be selling stuff cheaper then on the server shop.
So it would be an idea to enable this platform after 1/3 of the season is done. (In most cases after 4 of the 12 months).
The server can get income during the first part of the season, but players can sell their stuff safely after that.

This will give the server a boost in player activity.
But another good effect of this too is less players quitting.
I was thinking about quitting too, since there are so much scammers, and staff can't do/doesn't do anything to prevent it.

I understand that such a plugin would cost much time and money to develop, but even for that I have thought of a solution.
If the plugin is finished, it can be sold to other servers, when it is expensive to develop. I hope you guys will look seriously towards my suggestion.
