Cbrich cells can be rented up to a month which means retired players like myself can just log on every month to renew their cell in case they wish to play again. This blocks newer players from getting a cbrich of their own and makes it so too many inactive players have cbrich cells, which should be reserved for those who actually play the server.

Change the rent on all cbrich cells to a maximum of 7 days so cbrich owners have to at least be somewhat active to keep their cell and to open up new cells to new players.
