Cheating Punishment Track Suggestion

Hello, Everybody, I was wondering about the Permanent ban on First offense of Cheating, Overtime People can Change and When You Permanently ban them Then You never give them a Second chance.

Suggested Punishment Track:

1 Day Tempban -> 7 Day Tempban -> 30 Day Tempban -> 60 Day Tempban -> Permanent Ban

I Really think Everyone Deserves a Second Chance, and Giving them time to think about how Cheating is bad and Using the time to Remove the Modified Client. I recently Reported someone for Admitting to Cheating and now I feel kind of bad that they Will most likely not Return to the server,
I do think this Punishment track is a Good Idea, What do You think as the Community. Let me Hear Your Thoughts.
