As you all know, there's an item called ChestHopper that collects naturally dropped items into a chest, and you're able to choose which items it collects.

What is the feature I'm suggesting?
Now the idea is to add a new feature to the ChestHopper which is a "Drop Upgrade" that you can buy for a price that is to be discussed.
If the upgrade is purchased, a new menu-item in the GUI will appear called "Drop Configuration" quite similar to the "Item Configuration" menu, where you can enable/disable an item for dropping.

What is this item for?
Simple really, to help making central-storage-systems easier. I can easily make a redstone contraption to do what I am suggesting above, but it is buggy. Items sometimes get stuck in the hopper leading towards the constantly ticking dropper, sometimes it even gets stuck in the dropper and I have to restart my contraption again.

Is this suggestion necessary?
Probably not, this just adds another dimension to the EC Minecraft experience whilst maintaining a close to vanilla experience.
